Terms and conditions of use

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Velok Life you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree with any clause, you must refrain from using the platform.

2. Services

Velok Life provides tools to plan motorcycle trips, discover services and experiences, publish content, interact with the community and access Velok Club benefits. Some advanced features may require a paid subscription. We reserve the right to update, limit or discontinue features when necessary.

3. Your account

You need an account to use most features. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity carried out under your account. Notify us immediately if you detect unauthorized use.

You can delete your account at any time from the mobile app or from the web Dashboard. The detailed process is published at https://velok.app/legal/eliminar-cuenta.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use Velok Life in accordance with the law and with respect for other members of the community. You may not publish illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, discriminatory or rights-infringing content, nor engage in activities that compromise the security or operation of the platform.

5. User-generated content

Trips, services, experiences, events, comments, reviews and any other content published on the platform are the sole responsibility of the person who created them. Velok Life may moderate, edit or remove content that violates these terms or harms the community.

By publishing content you grant Velok Life a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute and store that content within the platform for the sole purpose of operating the service.

6. Memberships and payments

Some features, such as Velok Boost, Velok Pro or the Velok Club, require an active subscription. Prices may vary by country, currency and sales channel (Apple App Store, Google Play or Stripe). Renewals are automatic until you cancel them from the subscriptions section of the app or from the store where you purchased.

Refund requests are handled according to the policies of the store where you made the purchase.

7. Limitation of liability

Velok Life is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee the accuracy of information contributed by third parties, partners or community members. We are not responsible for incidents, damages or losses occurring during trips or as a consequence of using information published on the platform. Always exercise your own judgment, check local regulations and keep your vehicle in safe condition.

8. Intellectual property

The Velok Life brand, logo, design and code belong to Velok Life and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without our express written consent.

9. Privacy

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy policy, available at https://velok.app/legal/privacidad. We recommend reading it to understand what data we collect, how we use it and who we share it with.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when we consider it necessary. When changes are relevant we will notify you through the platform or by email. The last update date is always shown at the top of this page.
